ASB-12N/10 machine is one of the most modern injection stretch blow molding machinery from NISSEI. ASB-12N/10 is equipped with the latest technological developments in electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Mechanism

1. Nozzle touch is maintained throughout the machine cycle, which contributes to clean operation and aids to avoid contamination issues while providing a significant reduction in material losses.
2. An electrical servo motor system is utilized to index the rotary table, providing fast, smooth repeatable operation while contributing to clean operation is simplified. (To enable the production of some containers it is necessary to utilize bottom mold push-up delay. This can be achieved by adopting the optional bottom mold mechanism).
