ASB-12N/10 machine is one of the most modern injection stretch blow molding machinery from NISSEI. ASB-12N/10 is equipped with the latest technological developments in electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Thanks to this machine got the capacity to produce the most demanding and difficult of bottles and jars used for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, foodstuff and other demanding industries. The machine also makes it ideal for the production of packaging made of PP and PC.
Mechanism
- Nozzle touch is maintained throughout the machine cycle, which contributes to clean operation and aids to avoid contamination issues while providing a significant reduction in material losses.
- An electrical servo motor system is utilized to index the rotary table, providing fast, smooth repeatable operation while contributing to clean operation is simplified. (To enable the production of some containers it is necessary to utilize bottom mold push-up delay. This can be achieved by adopting the optional bottom mold mechanism).
- The strong rigid mechanical structure ensure stable quality production.
- The machine is ready to accept the hydraulic cylinder supplied with the optional gate valve hot runner.
- The injection mold clamping force is ample for the production of wide mouth containers.
- The handling of finished containers has been simplified by locating the eject chute above the machine bed.
- Machine operation, mold change over and planned maintenance have been expedited by careful planning and the allowance of additional space therefore more efficient operation is achievable.
- The hydraulic pump and motor unit is neatly placed inside the machine base reducing the noise level.
